Problem

An intake arrives marked uncontested. The questionnaire declares 6,200 dollars a month and answers none to other income, and six months of statements say something else.

Result

The file is qualified against the firm manuals, the conflict check runs in code over every party and every entity found in the documents, the disclosure worksheet is prepared field by field with the source of each entry, and the file stops at the attorney review with both figures on the record.

Simulated

The firm, the people, the documents and the four manuals are invented. The routing grid, the tolerance and the conflict rules are that invented firm's own. No real form, no statute, no case management system and no client data are involved.

Not covered

Legal judgement, whether the firm acts, what the extra receipts actually are, the document requests that follow, filing, billing, and anything that touches a real file. Those need a person, and the page stops rather than guessing.

A pilot needs

A sample of past intakes with the routing the reviewing attorney recorded, the intake and disclosure rules as they are actually applied, and one attorney who reads the output and says where it is wrong.
